Agile Business Systems.
Delivered Sprint by Sprint.

From Business Systems Implementation or Migration to Automation, we architect and build the systems that make your business run smoother. One flat fee. Unlimited ideas. Zero surprises.

We don't sell PowerPoints. We build the actual thing. Priced honestly. Delivered sprint by sprint.

One flat monthly fee. Unlimited backlog — submit every idea, migration request, or automation job as it comes to mind. Each sprint, we prioritise the highest-value items that fit your capacity and ship them. Working systems, not slide decks.

Clear backlog reviewed every sprint
We skip the fluff. You get working code, configured systems, and documented processes by the end of the sprint — not a report recommending you get some.

Sprintly runs on structured agile cycles using proven Scrum & Kanban principles — unlimited backlog capture, fixed-capacity sprints, transparent reviews, and continuous improvement. Whether you call it Agile, iterative, or 'just getting things done,' the result is the same: working systems shipped monthly.

Your backlog is unlimited — capture every idea, request, and requirement without restriction. At the start of each sprint, we prioritise together and commit to what delivers the most value within your capacity. AI-assisted delivery means we move faster than a traditional agency without cutting corners.

01
Anytime
Backlog Capture
Submit migrations, automations, builds, and fixes whenever they arise. Your backlog is always open and nothing gets lost.
02
Start of sprint
Sprint Planning
We review the backlog together, agree on scope, and lock in delivery commitments. You know exactly what ships and when.
03
During sprint
Rapid Build (AI-Assisted)
We use AI tooling to accelerate delivery. What takes a traditional agency two weeks takes us two days — production-ready, documented, handed over cleanly.
04
End of sprint
Sprint Review
Every sprint closes with a clear review: what shipped, what didn't and why, and what's queued for next cycle. Full transparency, every time.
Unlimited Backlog
Capture every idea without limit. Submit requests any time — automations you thought of at 11pm, migrations spotted mid-meeting, system fixes that come up in a call. Nothing gets lost. Everything gets captured. We plan together at the start of each sprint.
Strict Delivery Capacity
We only commit to what fits the sprint. That constraint is a feature — it ensures quality, prevents scope creep, and means everything we ship is tested, documented, and production-ready. If it doesn't fit this sprint, it's first in queue for the next one.
01
Scope Call
30-minute call to map your backlog, understand your systems, and confirm which plan fits.

04
Sprint Planning
We review your backlog together, prioritise by value, and commit to the sprint scope.
05
Delivered
Sprint closes with a review. Next sprint opens. Continuous improvement, every cycle.
Productivity Suite Implementation & Migration
Secure, planned migrations across M365, Google Workspace, and Infomaniak. We handle DNS cutover, data migration, permissions mapping, and user onboarding — with zero surprise downtime.
Power Platform & Automation
Custom Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and data pipelines built with AI efficiency. We turn manual processes into automated workflows that actually get used.
System Architecture
End-to-end infrastructure design for SMEs that have outgrown spreadsheets and duct-tape systems. We map your current state, design your target state, and build toward it sprint by sprint.
Fractional Product Ownership
No internal tech lead? We act as yours. We manage your digital roadmap, own your backlog, and keep development aligned to business outcomes — not just technical ones.
Technology Advisory
Tool selection, technology roadmapping, build vs buy decisions, and executive-level IT oversight. Strategic thinking without the governance overhead.

Background
15+ years in IT across several sectors. Service Desk, Desktop & Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, Business Analysis & Product Ownership.

Sprintly is where I personally architect and deliver custom system builds for your business. You're not handed off to a junior, like a traditional consulting firm. You work with me, directly, every sprint.

Sprintly uses structured intake, clear commitments, no ambiguity. I use AI to accelerate builds without cutting corners, so you get agency-quality output at a fraction of the timeline and cost.

15+ years of hands-on experience means I've seen what breaks in migrations, what fails in automation rollouts, and where system architecture decisions come back to bite. That pattern recognition is what you're buying — not just implementation hours.

I use structured Scrum and Kanban cycles to deliver work incrementally — that's what some people call 'Agile.' The point is you see progress every sprint, not six months later.

Your backlog is genuinely unlimited — submit as many ideas, requests, and tasks as you like, at any time. The limit applies to delivery: each plan has a fixed number of hours per sprint. At the start of each cycle, we review the backlog together and select the highest-value items that fit within your sprint capacity. Everything else stays safely queued for future sprints. Think of it as unlimited input with a controlled, quality-assured output.
Anything not completed rolls forward to the next sprint as the top priority — it doesn't disappear and you don't lose what you've paid for. At the sprint review, we're transparent about what shipped and what didn't, and we adjust prioritisation together before the next cycle begins. Partial work is documented so there's no knowledge loss between sprints.
Yes. Plans run month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel or pause. There are no long-term contracts or penalty clauses. If your workload drops or you need to step back for a quarter, you can. We'd rather you return when you're ready than feel locked in.
No. Remote collaboration works across time zones and we've delivered for clients in the EU and beyond. The only tier with a location component is Premium Sprint, which includes one in-person day UK-wide with travel included. If you're outside the UK and want to discuss an in-person arrangement, get in touch and we'll find something that works.
Primarily capacity and cadence. Starter gives you 16 hours (approx. 2 days) with monthly prioritisation — ideal for a single focused project or initial setup. Standard doubles the capacity to 32 hours and shifts to bi-weekly prioritisation sessions, which is better for ongoing workstreams with evolving requirements. If you're unsure, book a scope call and we'll map your backlog to advise honestly.
Once per sprint month, I travel to you anywhere in the UK for a full working day — travel included in the plan price. You choose how to use it: stakeholder workshops, system walkthroughs, sprint planning, or hands-on build sessions. An in-person day booked separately runs £1,500+. At Premium, it's included as part of the plan alongside 64 hours of remote delivery.
I do. Sprintly is not an agency. I'm a single expert — Liam — and every sprint is personally architected and delivered by me. You're not passed to a project manager who delegates to a junior. You work with the same person you had the scope call with, every sprint.
